High acidity and tannin vying for attention on the mid palate. Concentrated. Not super complex, but very solid entry into full bodied Italian wine at this price point. 8.5/10.” Lauren says, “Deep plum. Aroma of cassis and blackberry jam. Full body. High acidity and high tannins. Flavor of plums, tart blackberries, and slight vanilla spices. Agreeable and easy. Hard to find fault with this classic Italian wine. 8.5/10.”
