Buena Vista Pinot Noir for a Second Time
September 11, 2017
Buena Vista Pinot Noir, 2009.
Purchased at Total Wine for $22.99.
Drank this bottle after a long hurricane Irma lock-in.
Lauren says, "Smells of rich cherry and berry. Fruity but plenty of medium-bodied spice flavors. Slight cinnamon and acidity. Nice and refreshing after a long work week. 8/10."
Zach says "Nose of raspberry, cola, and faint blueberry. Thoroughly acidic, a taste that is congruent with its smell. While the newer vintages of the Carneros Pinot Noirs are more fruity and lively, this older vintage is more refined and balanced. 8/10."
