Schloss Vollrads Estate Riesling, 2014.
Purchased for $16.99 at Wine and Spirits on Gandy.
Enjoyed with Chinese food on Christmas Eve.
Zach says, "Nose of melon, lemon, and toasted almond. Light mouthfeel. This wine is sweet, but not syrupy. Very refreshing. Very light in color. 7/10."
Lauren says, "Aroma of citrus and apple. Crisp and refreshing. Light bodied. Sweet finish. Hints of honey and peach. For a sweeter wine, would definitely try again. 7/10."
Ally says, "A light Riesling with hints of apple and lemon. Other fruits add to the overall sweetness, perhaps grapefruit. Acidic with a fresh, lasting taste. Easy to drink, could finish the entire bottle. 8/10."
Matt says, "A refreshing Riesling that while extremely sweet is still very drinkable. Hints of apple right from the beginning with lingering citrus tastes. Very good for a sweet wine. 8/10."
