Zach says, "Nose of red pepper, ash, and cherry. Acidic, smooth, and mildly tannic. Aftertaste is slightly bitter but not unpleasant. Might pair well with pasta dishes. 7/10."
Lauren says, "Aroma of deep berry and smoke. Taste is smooth and acidic. Reminiscent of black pepper. Medium bodied. Good for a red that is not Pinot Noir. I prefer a wine with more fruitiness but overall find this one very pleasant. Pairs well with cheese. Slight tannins. 7.5/10 alone. 8/10 with cheese."
