Trader Joe's Platinum Reserve Pinot Noir
September 3, 2017
Trader Joe's Platinum Reserve Pinot Noir, 2015.
Enjoyed with cheese, crackers, and chicken salad at Ronni’s house.
Zach says, "Nose of sweet, sticky red cherries and loam. Perhaps subtle berry as well. Taste is simple, fruity, and lacking complexity with a cheap, bitter aftertaste. 6.5/10."
Lauren says, "Aroma of rich cherry and vanilla. Acidity noted throughout. Simple flavor, maybe some earthy undertones. Generic red. Not complex and missing something but would not be a wine that anyone could hate. Not really worth it for the cost. 6.5/10."
