Enjoyed with sesame salmon and vegetable stir fry and rice. 

Lauren says, “Deep garnet color. Aroma of smoke, aged wood, and cherry marmalade. Medium bodied. Balanced tannins. Black pepper and spice bite the tongue. Pleasant underlying blackberry tart and soil. Needed an hour of decanting. A very decent red blend. Enjoying more as I drink it. 8/10.”

Zach says, “This wine looks viscous and nectar-like. Color is deep purple-red. The nose is the star of the show. Notes of cherry, leather, and hay. Medium bodied. Taste is round and enjoyable. I wouldn’t say that I’m blown away by this wine, but after about an hour of decanting it is really quite nice. She has nice legs, too, if you are into that sorta thing. 7.5/10”
