Guest star Savannah is here for cheese and wine.
Lauren says, “Color is ruby red. Scent of acetone, violet, and strawberry. Very sweet nose of honey and fermenting strawberry jam. Does not taste like a Cab to me. Very plain and odd once you get past the nose. Might be good for someone who likes White Zinfandel. Not good for the cheese tray we decided to pair with it. Leaves a strange coating in my mouth like I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday. 4.5/10. ”
Savannah says, “Strawberry red in color. There is much left to be desired in the taste of this cab. There is little to no flavor, and the taste left in my mouth after a sip leaves me wondering if they just fermented a ghost instead of actual ingredients. Gorgonzola cheese improves the taste of this wine slightly. Would not seek out again in the future. 4/10.”
Zach says, “This wine is a total farce: without character and identity. The label says Cabernet, but it tastes like unenjoyable grape juice. Color is translucent, light and red (like cherry cough syrup). Nose is simple and uninviting - notes of cranberry and acetone. Taste is metallic and honey-like. 3.5/10 ”
