Numanthia Termes Tempranillo, 2014.

Lauren says, “Dark garnet color. Very aromatic. Almost burns your nose with scent of ethanol. Also aromas of cedar, hay, cherry, and plum. Medium bodied. Rich flavor. Decent tannins. Flavor of blackberry tart, ripe cherries, and chocolate. Very nice overall. 8.5/10”

Zach says, “Wow! This wine paired deliciously with the Great Northern beans with parsley, shallot, fine olive oil, and red wine vinegar we had for dinner. Color is a bright, vibrant cherry red. Nose is fresh, seductive, heady, and inviting. Extremely potent nose. Notes of lively black cherry, soil, and cocoa. Full-bodied. Light tannin with bold, invigorating acidity. Finish is smooth and infused with cherry essence. Really lovey bottle for a wide variety of dishes. 8/10”
