Zach says, “To celebrate the acquisition of a job contract. This wine is unmistakably garnet in color. The nose is potent, complex, and lovely. At first, there are dusty and earthy notes then pencil shavings. As my nose makes its descent into the glass there are fresh notes of red cherry, eucalyptus, and licorice. Full-bodied mouthfeel. Silky and sumptuous tannins dance around my mouth for 30-60 seconds. They linger seemingly ad infinitum as if a reminder of this wine’s effortless perfection. Beautiful acidity. Overall, this wine is compact, beautifully structured and exemplary. A perfect wine to celebrate a coronation (and, I would say, a new job). 10/10”
Lauren says, “Rusty brown hue. Aromatic scent of succulent herbs and spices that is mostly remiscent of pungent black licorice candy. Complex and full-bodied. Smooth and heavy/rich (in a good way). Very balanced acidity and tannins. Lovely cherry and earth undertones. Tastes expensive and just a super rich and balanced feeling in your mouth. It is pleasant and I like it a lot. 9/10”
