Zach says, “Color is light yellow. Effervescence lively, bubbles are small and organized. The nose is firm and punctual with notes of oak and butter. I get strong notes of Chardonnay. Lightly tannic.  Very smooth mouthfeel. 8/10."

Lauren says, “I planned this tasting to compare French champagne and California sparkling thanks to Andrea Immer’s recommendation. This one is the medium French champagnes.

Pale yellow. Aroma of yeast and popcorn. Delicate bubbles. Feels expensive in the mouth. Medium bodied. Nice acidity. Citrus and apricot undertones. Really lovely finish. That sits on top of tongue. It almost feels like pop rocks, haha. I can tell this is good champagne. 9/10.”
