Zach says, "This is the second part of our champagne/sparkling wine tasting. This is the sparkling from California.

Golden yellow in color. Larger less sophisticated bubbles. Nose is fresh and fragrant with notes of apricot, apples, and honeysuckle. Off sweet on the palate. Not the most sophisticated on the palate, with a lingering bitterness. 7/10”

Lauren says, “A medium yellow/ straw yellow. I immediately get a scent of honey and melon. First flavor of nectar and peaches. Then Granny Smith undertones. The finish is slightly sour. Medium bodied. Very decent bubbles in this one too that dance in your mouth. Would be better for a hot day as it is refreshingly sweet and sour. The only reason this doesn’t rate higher is the finish. 7.5/10.”
