Lauren says, “I first had this wine at Kres Chophouse and thought it was amazing, so I was inspired to try it again with Zach.
Dark maroon with a ruby red rim. Aroma is earthy and floral with hints of eucalyptus, clove, and cherries. Full bodied and rich. Really amazing taste. Good tannins. Smooth. Mild blackberry jam, licorice, and vanilla flavors leave a lingering sweetness on your tongue. Definitely a great bottle. 10/10.”
Zach says, “Color is ruby red. Nose is very sophisticated, potent, and lovely. Notes of plum, earth, cherry, and black pepper. Full-bodied mouthfeel. Really smooth and sharp tannins. Extremely bold and rich like some delicious Italian reds. Cab might be my new favorite. 9/10.”
