Lauren says, “Peach color. Yeasty and floral aroma- a sweet but savory event. Very Acidic with small bubbles that continue to climb in my glass. Sharp flavor of citrus and freshly baked bread. After sitting in the glass for 15 minutes, it has gained a lovely nutty aftertaste. I like it a lot but I must admit that I’m not as experienced with champagnes. This is probably an 8.5/10 for me. I guess I’m not certain how the rosé part adds to this. I need more exposure to rose champagnes.”
Zach says, "Celebrating our 7th anniversary with a vintage rosé champagne. I felt like the champagne improved as we drank it. Delicate and wondrously playful bubbles dance their way to the surface. It was initially a bit tart, but soon softened. It’s really bright and crisp on the nose. Fragrant notes of green apple and honeydew. Deliciously balanced and tart with a finish that is lengthy, clean and crisp. 8.5/10."
