Lauren says, “Light yellow color. Nice beading In the glass. Aroma is reminiscent of buttered toast and melon. More tarte flavor than the Mumm Napa. Flavor is overall citrus-y and sour but leaves you wanting more. Nice acidity. Green Apple flavor lingers in a long finish. Refreshing. 8/10.”

Zach says, “Delightful effervescence that looks elegant and expensive. The color is light gold with a Very faint green hue. On the nose, I sense brioche and Subtle yeasty notes as well as butter and lime zest. What I like most about this Sparkling wine, is its vibrant acidity. A distinguishing feature when compared to other sparkling wines. Very fresh and enjoyable. 8/10.”
