Laurent-Perrier Brut La Cuvee Champagne.

Zach says, “This champagne’s sparkle is intense. The bubbles as they calm become uniform and symmetrical in the glass. Nose is classically that of champagne. Notes of buttered toast, green pear, and wet granite. Light, vibrant mouthfeel. Slightly tart. I would say the overall experience is less opulent and organized than Veuve, but the finish is fresh and crisp. 7.5/10”

Lauren says, “Pleasant cream color. Rigorous bubbles. Aroma of almonds, melon, and melted butter . Nice acidity. Flavor of citrus, minerals, and toast. Rich but light. Definitely more bubbly and light than veuve but I actually like veuve a little more than this. This is more on the acidic side. It does leave you with a green Apple tingle in your mouth which I like (similar to tattinger but I think I may like tattinger better). 8/10.”
