Zach says, "The wine is pale, salmon in color. The nose is fresh, fragrant, and sweet. Notes of honeydew, caramel, cherry sorbet, and sea foam. The pleasures of this wine stop here. Extremely bitter, highly acidic, and saturated with oak on the palate. Might be amazing with a spinach, goat cheese, and strawberry salad. Alone, however, this wine is not great. 4.5/10."
Lauren says, "Peachy pink in the glass. Aroma of melon, strawberry, and peaches. Flavor of citrus and grapefruit prevail. Very acidic with strong minerality. Extremely long and sour ending with a slight hint of rose water. Definitely a powerful finish. Needs a proper pairing for me to enjoy this. 5/10."
