Zach says, “ Ruby red in the glass. Nose of rich, candies red fruit, licorice/anise, cinnamon, and dried herbs (maybe oregano?). Full-bodied with moderate, but grippy tannins. Fresh, lively acidity. Very smooth and balanced. Finish is vibrant with notes of cherry and vanilla. Not super complex, but nice. Very long finish. 8/10”
Lauren says, “Garnet color. Very aromatic in the glass. Scent of blueberries, earthy mushroom, and vanilla. There might be a floral component to the nose, however, the best way I can describe it is the slight hint of baby wipes (not in a bad way? Haha). Light to medium bodied. Balanced medium acidity and tannin. Flavor of dried tea, cocoa, and black cherries. Decent and relatively easy to drink. Might need some time to aerate. 7.5/10 at the moment.”
