Lauren says, “Deep garnet color. Aroma of black pepper, cinnamon, rich herbs (like basil), and fermenting berries. Moderate tannins. Medium bodied. Delicious. Flavor of black fruits, slight licorice, and dark chocolate. Best wine I have had in a long time. Currently opening up and getting more amazing. 9.5/10.”

Zach says, “The wine is salmon-pink around the rim with a rich, ruby body. The nose is potent, fruity, and fresh. There are notes of cherry liqueur, vanilla, smoke, and cloves. The aroma develops in the glass and continues to impress over time. Full bodied mouthfeel. Lively acidity. Moderately tannic. Finish is long lasting with notes of raspberry and vanilla. This wine is great. From the first sip to the last, really fun to drink. 9/10.”
