Lauren says, “Garnet in the glass. Aroma of wild greenery, vanilla, and blackberries. Medium bodied. Strong tannins. Flavor of black plum skin, smoke, and asparagus. Complex and interesting. Needed time to open up. 7/10."
Zach says, “This wine is ruby red with copious sediment. Over time (we’re talking 2-4 hours), this wine opens up beautifully. At hour 3, the bouquet is fragrant, fruity, and inviting. There are notes of roses, raspberry, vanilla, and loam. Full bodied mouthfeel. Mild-moderately tannic. Highly acidic. Smooth raspberry vanilla finish that lingers and inspires another sip. 8/10.”
