Lauren says, “Dark red plum color. Aroma of fresh blackberry and boisonberry. Full bodied. Highly tannic. Needs some time to open up. Notes of cocoa, plums, and black pepper. Complex and very good. I like it a lot. Not for the novice wine drinker though because it is heavy and rich. 8.5/10. Perfect after 1 hour of decanting. 9/10 if you have the patience to wait”

Zach says, “Purple in the glass with a garnet rim.  Nose is fresh and delightful. Notes of cherry licorice, leather, and smoke. Medium bodied. Richly tannic. Really delightful smoky character with notes of baking spice, blueberry, and charred beef ends. Super long, balanced and enjoyable finish. 8.5/10.”
