Schramsberg Blanc De Blancs

Lauren says, “Straw yellow in the glass. Aroma of crisp green apples. Flavor is tart and acidic. Vivacious bubbles. Notes of pear and bright citrus. Delicious! 9/10.”

Zach says, “Fine, gentle effervescence. Clear/off yellow in color. Nose of apricot jam, lemon zest, and peach. I’m sure a review would say 'yeasty or bread-like,' but I don’t get that. Highly fizzy in the mouth with a flare of great acidity. With almost a lemon-lime flavor profile.  Slight tang on the finish. Overall, doesn’t drink pretentiously and is quite enjoyable. 9/10.”
