Lauren says, “Light yellow in the glass. Slight aroma of citrus and green apple. Light bodied. Very acidic. Almost tastes bubbly. Nice minerality. A crowd pleaser for sure and would go with most meals. refreshing and light. 8/10.”

Zach says, “This fascinatingly simple and approachable white goes down like water. The nose is bright. Notes of fresh citrus zest, green apple, and vanilla. Thought I might be getting coconut for a minute, but that passed. Subtle effervescence adds intrigue. Extremely acidic. Finish is fresh and fruity. Really really drinkable. A most agreeable tasting for all. 8/10.”
