Keuka Lake Vineyards Dry Riesling, 2020.

Lauren says, “Light yellow. Aroma of apricot and cotton candy. Light bodied. Very acidic with high minerality- almost chlorine with citrus but refreshing like a swimming pool. Simple and basic. Finish is weirdly like a sweet perfume. Maybe some floral notes. 6/10.”

Zach says, “Pale yellow green to straw yellow in color. Nose is very unique.  I get a lot of pine, floral perfume, eucalyptus, and pear. Light bodied with a honey like viscosity. Interesting finish of vanilla wafer and date. Quite acidic. Next to no sweetness.  6/10.”
