Keush Origins Brut.
Lauren says “Straw yellow color. Small bubbles that cascade upward. Aroma of yeast and banana sweet tart. Nice acidity. Flavor of tart citrus zest and baked banana bread. Decent for the price but a little out there for a sparkling wine. 7/10.”
Zach says, “Straw yellow in the glass. Fine bubbles. Seems fancy. Nose: honey, melon, and starfruit. Very acidic and sharp-lemon on the palate. Finish is lasting and citrusy. I think it’s a nice option for something sparkling, but not dry enough to really substitute for champagne. Still, pretty nice. 7.5/10.”
