La Bruja de Rozas, 2019.

Lauren says, “Burgundy color. Light to medium bodied. Aroma of cassis, black licorice, and something soapy/herbal like lavender. I taste a lot of licorice as well. Slightly tart strawberry. Very Unique. High acidity. Something like candied bacon hits you as well on the end. I like it but it is definitely unusual. 7/10.”

Zach says, “Very thin, pink red in the glass.  Nose is complex. There is a sort of funkiness. Notes of licorice, cherry chapstick, menthol, roasted ham, and forest floor. Light to medium bodied with smooth tannin. Finish is long and tart. While not my favorite style, I find it interesting. 7/10.”
