Penley Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.

Lauren says, “Garnet in glass. Aroma of smoke and wet soil. Medium bodied. Very tart flavor with some blackberry. Pretty mediocre with high tannins. 6/10.”

Zach says, “Rusty ruby red in the glass. Forceful nose.  Aggressive canned blackberry, crème de cassis, pencil shavings, and apricot. Full bodied. Lasting finish of very acidic dark fruit. I see why this may have needed time to soften. Maybe drink after 2026? As of now, 6.5/10.”
