Au Bon Climat Chardonnay
September 25, 2022
Au Bon Climat Chardonnay, 2019.
Lauren says, “Golden yellow in the glass. Very high oak and sea food aroma. Pretty repulsive if I’m being honest. Full bodied. A really disgusting chard. Way too oaky. Difficult to put a number to it but I will not finish the glass. 2/10.”
Zach says, “Green-yellow in the glass. Nose, similar to the other bottle from this vineyard, is very marine. Herbal notes of pine with brine/seawater and caramel/butter. Medium bodied. Quite oaky, but with a distinct saltiness/brine on the long lasting finish, which is not enjoyable 3/10.”
