Domaine D’Aupilac Cuvée Aupilhac, 2019.

Lauren says, “Deep plum color. Aroma of stone, black cherries, licorice, and purple fruits. Medium bodied. Decent acidity with slight tannins. Very balanced and smooth. Flavor of black licorice, berries, and interesting mineralogy. Long finish with a little bite. A great bottle. I can’t fault it honestly, especially at this price. 10/10.”

Zach says, “Red, garnet in the glass. Potent nose. Notes of cherry licorice, smoke, and soil. Full bodied. Nice, bright acidity and balanced chewy tannins. Very long finish of red fruit. Really spectacular. One of the best french bottles we’ve tried yet. 9/10.”
