Zach says, “Ruby to pink orange in the glass. Nose is one dimensional, but pleasant. Notes of raspberry, chocolate, and moss. Very acidic. Moderate tannin. Finish is short. This is a nice table wine but nothing exemplary. Very acidic and easy finish. 7/10.”
Lauren says, “Deep ruby. Pretty fruity aroma of cherries, strawberries, and black licorice. Full bodied. Balanced tannins and acidity (Might need some time to open up though because it seems tight right now). Jammy-er than I expected. Red jam and rose petal flavor. Ending is super drying which is why I think it needs to decant for an hour. I like it though. I think this would be good for someone who likes cab. 7/10.”
