Domaine Servin 'Les Pargues' Chablis.

Lauren says, “Medium yellow in glass. Aroma of apricots and butter. Medium bodied. Lots of buttery flavors and tart apricots. High acidity. Fairly simple. Nothing special but gets the job done. Ending is slightly too chard-y/oaky or me. 6.5/10.”

Zach says, “Light yellow gold in the glass.  Nose is fresh but not complex. Notes of seawater splashed rock, navel orange, and oak. Nice acidity. A little oakier than I love, but still enjoyable. Medium to full bodied. A lot of vibrant minerality. Bright on the long finish with citrus, melon, and subtle vanilla. 7.5/10.”
