Zach says, “Clear yellow in the glass. Nose is unique. I get melon, cotton blossom, and sea air. Light bodied. Extremely dry. Uniquely lacking acidity for a white, which added intrigue — must be a varietal characteristic. I think this wine could play a role with certain food. Leaves a grassy, light finish, which I don’t mind. 7/10.”
Lauren says, “Light yellow. Aroma of asparagus, orange blossoms, and apricot. Medium bodied. High acidity. Very tart. Flavor of lemon rind, sour candy apples, and ocean air. Ending is dry, citrus, and long. Would not drink alone, meant to be with a unique meal. 7/10.”
