Zach says, “Straw yellow in the glass. Interesting nose. Notes of pear, short crust pastry, white flowers, yellow raisin. Light bodied. Moderate acidity with potent minerality that dances with the metallic. Nose is evocative of rich, heavy chard, but the mouth feel and finish is almost pino grigio-like minus the fresh acidity. Finish is lasting, however, with hefty minerality and apple-notes. Definitely intriguing but a little confusing. 7/10.”
Lauren says, “Medium yellow color. A surprisingly fruity aroma of white peaches and apricots. Medium bodied. Decent acidity. Weirdly, the scent and taste are not congruent. The flavor starts sweet like nectar and then turns very mineral, like wet stone and Himalayan salt. There is a hint of oak on the end. Overall I think many would enjoy this for its sweetness and refreshing quality while still maintaining body. It is unique and reminds me of flaky salt on honey. 7.5/10.”
