Lauren says, “Deep ruby with a magenta rim. Aroma of vanilla, black licorice, anise, and white pepper. Medium bodied. Balanced tannins and acidity. Flavor of red fruit, violets, and some baking spice. Highly balanced with something unique about it. Rich but not super heavy. High quality. 9/10.”

Zach says, “Ruby red in the glass. Nose is rich and complex.  I get notes of burning Palo Santo, milk chocolate shavings, cherry liqueur, and blueberry. Full bodied. Balanced acidity with bright tannin. There is nothing sharp or tart on the finish. Just smooth, chewy tannins, red fruit, and mocha. 9/10.”
