Lauren says, “Ruby red. Sweet aroma of anise, cassis rose water, and red fruit. Medium bodied. Decent acidity and tannins. Highly licorice & rose water flavor. Definitely something candied about it. Unique. 7.5/10.”

Zach says, “Garnet in the glass. Super unique ruché nose. Smells like Bern’s Steakhouse in its prime. Heavily sweet floral perfume, earthy, dried rosemary, and cedar planks. I love the mystery and complexity of the nose. This is a red wine drinker’s red wine. Cloying, esoteric, wanting for another analysis. Medium bodied. Sharp, complex acidity and quite dry. The lasting dusty finish adds intrigue to the experience and leaves me feeling thinking of poetry. 8.8/10.”
