Melville Chardonnay
September 5, 2022
Melville Chardonnay, 2019.
Lauren says, “Deep golden yellow. Aroma of oak, melon and orange blossom. Full bodied. Decent acidity. Flavor of citrus and rich, buttery toast. A good chard. Very agreeable and smooth. 8.5/10.”
Zach says, “Golden yellow in the glass. Nose is compact and fresh. There are notes of caramel, green apple, wet stone, and ocean air. Medium bodied. Quite acidic and bright on the finish. Chardonnay is not my favorite grape, but this is quite nice and agreeable. 8/10.”
