Enjoyed this bottle in Rome, Italy at Hosteria Grappolo D’Oro!

Lauren says, “Bright yellow color. Aroma of citrus, seafoam, and kumquat. Light to medium bodied. Very acidic and sharp. Refreshing with a long finish. Apple flavor but it almost tastes like sea salt on the end. A good pick for a hot day. 7.5/10.

Zach says, “Straw yellow in the glass. Nose is hard to pin point because of the chain smoking Italians next to me, but tastes perfect for a warm Italian day. Super acidic with nice bright apple and peach on the finish. Nose with some tropical fruit. Overall, 7.5/10 but for the occasion 9.5/10.”
