Lauren says, “Light yellow. Fine bubbles. Very strong fruity aroma. I get white peaches, apricots, honey, and toasted almonds. Seriously smells liked canned peaches or peach jam. Every now and then I get truffle & white pepper on the nose, which makes no sense (LOL). Very tart flavor of green apples and citrus. Quite sharp and acidic. A weird combo of canned fruit aroma but very tart taste. Quite unique and heavy. At first, I am skeptical of it and lean toward a 7/10. But it did grow on me so maybe more of an 7.5/10. If you want something interesting or something to talk about at a party, this one does the job. “
Zach says, “Golden yellow in the glass. The nose is very sweet, almost dessert wine like. Notes of honey, caramel apple, cherry pie, and molasses. Heavy and thick. Lavish mousse. Long lasting honey finish. I like it but just for a glass due to the complexity, richness, and heaviness. 7.3/10.”
