Zach says, “Garnet in color. Like a dried herb garden in the glass. Notes of dried sizzling rosemary in olive oil, raspberry, and violets. A very inorganic nose, but unique and interesting. Balanced, bright acidity and moderate and smooth tannins. Finish is medium length with hits of dried herb and red fruit. Light to medium bodied. 7.5/10.”
Lauren says, “Maroon color. Aroma of strawberry jam, vanilla and wet stone. Medium bodied. Quite tannic with some acidity for balance. Flavor of ripe cherries, herbs, and floral/vegetable elements come through as well- maybe violets and green beans? Pretty heavy & dry on the end, but I like it overall. Would pair well with meats. 7/10.”
