Lauren say, “Golden yellow. Aroma of apricot, peaches, and baby’s breath. Medium to full bodied with decent acidity. Mild sweetness, feels almost syrupy. Flavor of wildflower honey, honey crisp apple, and orange blossom. Rich for a white wine. Grapefruit ending. I can tell this has complexity. Not my usual style of wine but I do enjoy the experience. 8/10.”
Zach says, “Straw yellow in the glass with a blue-green sheen. Nose is heavenly. Sweet floral and citrus notes are spellbinding. Specifically, notes of citrus blossom, orange rind, quince, miso, and slight kerosine or plastic which I find characteristic of this varietal. Medium bodied. Slight sweetness. A lot of complexity. Each sip entices with fresh fruity and umami splendor. It hits all the right notes and I enjoy it a lot. Very long, bright finish. 9/10.”
