Argiolas Costamolino Vermentino, 2021.
From Whole Foods.
Lauren says, “Pale yellow. Aroma of fresh cut grass and stone fruit, especially mango and peaches. Medium bodied. High acidity. Flavor of citrus, mango, honey coated almonds, and melon. Refreshing with some sweetness on the ending. I like it more than I thought! A pretty solid white. Would recommend. 8/10.”
Zach says, “This is light yellow-gold in the glass. Nose reminds me so much of Sauvignon blanc from New Zealand. Notes of fresh cut grass, honeydew, and white flower. High acidity. Tangy. Medium bodied, minerality and zest on the finish. A lot of lemon-lime sharpness on the finish. I enjoy it. Finish is long but not exactly refined or life altering. Another great patio wine, but not as refined as some for a similar price. 7.5/10.”
