Domaine d’Aupilhac Languedoc Blanc “Les cocaliérs,” 2021.

Lauren says, “Medium yellow. Aroma of melon and peach. Medium body. Medium acidity. Flavor of honeydew and something floral. Okay overall. 6.5-10.”

Zach says, “ Light yellow with a green sheen. Notes of orange peel, melon, sea breeze/salt, dried apricot. 

Medium bodied. Creamy mouthfeel. Minerality. Medium acidity. Finish is floral, smooth, delicate, and subtly vanilla. Not my favorite, but I appreciate it. 7.5/10.”
