Lauren says, “Medium yellow. Moderate effervescence. Aroma of baking oregano bread and citrus. Medium body. Rich and nutty flavor, definitely some apple. High acidity. Dry. I like it! A richer version of raventos. 8/10.”

Zach says, “Light golden yellow. Fluffy, luxurious mousse. Nose is nutty and rich. Notes of green almond, pear, French toast, wet stone. Mousse is rich with notes of toasted almond. On the drier side, but very drinkable and celebratory. 8.5/10.”
