Lauren says, “Clear, bright red. Slight aroma of vanilla/oak, then raspberry and cherry cola. Light body. High acidity. Low tannins. The acidity almost feels like pop rocks or soda bubbles. Flavor of tart cherries, eucalyptus and hay. Mouth watering for sure. Overall very tart, acidic, and interesting. 7/10.”

Zach says, “Spectacular and vibrant color — light, cherry red with a neon pink rim. Nose is very fresh. Notes of sweet cherry, wet leaves, white pepper, and new car/leather.  High acidity. Mild tannin. Easy drinking. Medium length finish of red berry and maybe five spice. 7.5/10.”
