Domaine de la Loue Savagnin Arbois Pupillin, 2019.

Lauren says, “Golden yellow. Aroma of ocean and apricot. Quite odd. Medium body. High acidity. Flavor is tart, almost reduced like balsamic or vinegar (not in a good way). Do not love. Very funky. 5/10.”

Zach says, “Cloudy gold-yellow in the glass.  Smells like a dessert wine. A lot of oxidation for a dry white. Notes of honey, sea foam, soy, asparagus. Certainly a lot of funk. On the palate, there is also some funk but more conventional than the nose. Light bodied. Very acidic. Easy drinking, but a little confusing. Finish is long. 6.5/10.”
