Pietradolce Etna Rosso

Pietradolce Etna Rosso, 2020.
Zach says, “Rust red with a salmon rim. Totally translucent. Nose of red fruit, wild blackberry, and dust/ash. Maybe it’s mental, but I feel like you can smell Mt. Etna herself. Medium bodied. High acidity. Moderate tannins. I really enjoy this wine. A lot of crisp minerality on the long, red fruit finish. I am charmed by this wine’s terror. 8/10.”
Lauren says, “Light red color. Aroma of soil, wet slate, and red fruit. Light to medium body. Medium acidity. Medium tannins. Flavor of cranberry juice, red cherry, and stone. Perfect for this type of wine. 8.5/10.”
