Zach says, “Light yellow in the glass. Nose is warm and inviting. I get subtle horchata, kiwi, and cardamom. Light bodied. Moderate acidity. Extremely vibrant. Nose and taste are in perfect harmony. Subtle sweetness that seems most noticeable with smaller sips. Sancerre level minerality.  This is really special. 9/10.”

Lauren says, “Medium yellow with slight green hue. Slight petrol aroma. Notes of apricot, nutmeg, melon, and cold mango gelato. There is something special, spicy, and unique about this. Medium to full body. High acidity. Flavors of citrus, kumquat, white pepper and honey drizzle. This is Riesling with a twist. I love it. 9.5/10.”
