Domaine Ratte Clos Maire Arbois.

Lauren says, “Cloudy ruby red. Aroma of raspberries and soil. There is something strange about it. Maybe some bitterness, like orange peel with dark chocolate (not in a good way though.) Medium body, high acidity. I just can’t get into this wine. I finished a glass but don’t really want more. The ending is long and sour, like citrus rind dipped in buttermilk, lol. 4.5-5/10?”

Zach says, “Hazy, rust red in the glass. Nose is funky, cherry, licorice, and floral. Better cool.  Light bodied. Very bitter. Tastes very sharp and alcoholic on the end. Wouldn’t buy again. Low tannin. 5.5/10.”
