Thomas Pico Chablis Chardonnay.

Lauren say, “Medium yellow. Aroma of buttered toast, wet stone, and citrus. Medium body. High acidity. A lot of minerality. Flavor of lemon, flaky croissant, and subtle yeasty funk. A very refreshing and sharp Chablis. No complaints. Easy to drink and a perfect pairing with oysters and cocktail sauce. Needs to be COLD! 9/10.”

Zach says, “Light gold yellow in the glass. Warm and inviting nose. Nose of green apple, sea breeze, and white flowers. This wine has energy. There is so much kinetic minerality on the palate. Long saline and subtle yeasty finish. High acidity. Medium bodied. Really special when nice and cold. 9.5/10.”
