Zach says, “Light orange gold in the glass.  Nose is funky and playful. Notes of fresh honeycrisp apple, cantaloupe, and a funky earth perfume. Medium bodied. High acidity. Very drinkable. So many of these natural wines drink like this. Very lively and acidic with a great deal of yeastiness on the finish — almost kombucha like. Long, sweet melon finish. 7.5/10.”

Lauren says, “Yellow-orange in the glass. Floral aroma with notes of tea and apricot. Medium body. High acidity. Flavor of fermenting apples. Unique and interesting. Long, acidic finish. 7/10.”
