Nusserhof Heinrich Moyr Elda Rosso, 2016.
Zach says, “Rusty, earthy red in the glass. Very interesting nose. Initially, I’m getting garlic dill pickles (more fresh dill than anything), lavender, candied raspberries, Spanish moss.
Light-bodied. Light tannin. Medium-high acidity. Super easy drinking with enough complexity to keep you coming back for another analysis. Long, baked red fruit pie finish. 8/10.”
Lauren says, “Light rusty red. Aroma of mint, ferns/foliage, lavender, and slight licorice. The smell oddly reminds me of yard work. Light to medium body. Medium acidity. Medium tannin. Flavor of sour cherry, foliage, and white florals. Quite unique. Have not smelt or tasted anything like it. 8/10.”
